Contract Agreement
(หนังสือสัญญาข้อตกลง)

 
1. This contract agreeement regarding to performed between esan-thailand-food team or seller and other once to buyer

ข้อ1 สัญญาและข้อตกลงนี้ให้ถือว่าได้กระทำขึ้นระหว่างฝ่ายหนึ่งเรียกว่า ผู้ขาย หรือ esan-thailand-food ทีม กับ อีกฝ่าย เรียกว่า ผู้ซื้อ หรือผู้ว่าจ้าง

2. Buyer to be allow bring any authority preparation of production or packaging to seller or esan-thailand-food team and allow 80% first payee in all total price or fee.

ข้อ2 ผู้ซื้อดำเนินการสั่งซื้อยินยอมมอบอำนาจการเตรียมการ สำหรับ การบรรจุหีบห่อ และ ผลิตภัณฑ์ ให้แก่ผู้ขายเพื่อดำเนินการใดๆ พร้อมด้วยผู้ซื้อต้องยินยอมชำระเงินเพื่อเป็นค่าดำเนินการงวดแรก เป็นจำนวนเงิน 80% ของค่าใช้จ่าย ยอดรวมทั้งหมดแก่ผู้ขาย 

3. Buyer will be allow all authority about any under esan-thailand-food team service system through delivery process to seller team or esan-thailand-food team.

ข้อ3 ผู้ซื้อยินยอมมอบอำนาจหน้าที่การดำเนินการตลอดกระบวนการเพื่อดำเนินการตามระบบส่งมอบสินค้า ให้อยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมดูแลงานของ ผู้ขาย หรือ ทีมงาน  esan-thailand-food เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน

 
4 Buyer will be allow payee abut deliverry system fee 2 % in advance of total on any food product price and bring performed authority to activate all delivery process to seller team or esan-thailand-food team.

ข้อ4 ผู้ซื้อ หรือ ผู้ว่าจ้างยินยอมมอบอำนาจหน้าที่ในการตัดสินใจเบื้องต้นในการควบคุมดำเนินการส่งมอบให้อยู่ภายใต้การตรวจสอบของ ผู้ขาย หรือ ทีมงาน  esan-thailand-food และยินยอมจ่ายค่าบริการเตรียมการ และตรวจสอบเป็นเงินจำนวน  2% ของค่าจ้างดำเนินการทั้งหมด
5. Seller will be isuue all delivery document to buyer or customer after all delivery system process as done within 24 Hrs. ( By E-mail )

ข้อ5 ผู้ขาย หรือ ทีมงาน esan-thailand-food ต้องดำเนินการส่งมอบเอกสารการขนส่งและจัดส่ง ให้กับผู้ซื้อ หรือ ผู้ว่าจ้าง หลังจากที่ดำเนินการระบบการจัดส่งผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นที่เสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง โดยทางอีเมลล์

6. Buyer will be allow payee remain at 20% after confirmed about all agreement ( Full payee of all price and delivery fee ) to seller or esan-thailand-food team before all product run process delivery system. If  within 2 hrs payee avoid from seller will be cancelled to all as regarding to buyer disobey contract agreement. Buyer will be allow confiscate all advance payee to seller or esan-thailand-food.

ข้อ6 ผู้ซื้อ หรือ ผู้ว่าจ้าง ยินยอมชำระเงินส่วนคงค้าง 20% ให้กับผู้ขาย หรือ ทีมงาน esan-thailand-food หลังจากที่ลูกค้าหรือผู้ว่าจ้างยินยอมยืนยันรับเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดแล้ว  หากผู้ซื้อ หรือ ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่ดำเนินการการชำระเงินภายใน 2 ชั่วโมง ( เว้นแต่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้าเพื่อชำระล่าช้า ) ให้ถือว่าผู้ซื้อ หรือ ผู้ว่าจ้าง กระทำผิดสัญญาการซื้อขาย ยินยอมให้ ผู้ขาย หรือ ทีมงาน esan-thailand-food ยกเลิกสัญญาการว่าจ้างและไม่คืนเงินที่จ่ายล่วงหน้ามาจำนวน 80% ตามสัญญาข้อตกลงในข้อที่ 2

7. Food product kind or other product kind in  buyer or customer order list required to be revise not more than 3 time. If any buyer or customer request revise order list more than 3 time will be payee 25 dolla ($) per any time revision.

ข้อ7 รายการสั่งซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร หรือ ชนิดผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆ ผู้ซื้อ หรือ ลูกค้า จะดำเนินการขอเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการสั่งได้ไม่เกิน 3 ครั้ง หากแก้ไขเกิน 3 ครั้ง ต้องชำระเงิน 25 ดอลล่าร์ ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงต่อครั้ง

8. All product activate Guarantee delivery process  100 % to be as.
    - Food Product or other product low quality mis-standrad from production process.
    - Food Product or other product damage from transprrtation.
    - Food Product or other product it loss or not altogether per order list.
    - Food Product or other product delivery to late. Seller or esan-thailand-food team will be recpmpense payee 0.10% per day in 
      all product price. If  necessity to separate delivery food product or other product all  
      transport payment to be under responsible of seller or esan-thailand-food.

ข้อ8 การประกันความเสียหายและรับผิดชอบกับข้อผิดพลาดต่อสินค้าอาหาร จาก ผู้ขาย หรือ ทีมงาน esan-thailand-food 100% เมื่อความเสียหายเกิดจากเหตุต่อไปนี้  *ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากกระบวนผลิตซึ่งมีผลทำให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารมีคุณภาพต่ำกว่ามาตรฐาน *ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากระหว่างการขนส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารแก่ ผู้ซื้อ หรือ ลูกค้า *ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการสูญหายของผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารจากการตรวจรับงานของผู้ซื้อ หรือ ลูกค้า  *ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการส่งมอบงานล่าช้าโดยให้มีข้อบังคับชดใช้ดังต่อไปนี้ *ชดใช้ต่อการล่าช้าเป็นรายวัน ในอัตราวันละ 0.10% ของราคาค่าสินค้าผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารทั้งหมด *ชดใช้ต่อการล่าช้าในกรณีต้องแบ่งเป็นหลายงวดในการส่งมอบทางทีมงาน esan-thailand-foodยินยอมรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายขนส่งในการจัดส่งมอบทั้งหมด

9. All product activate without Guarantee delivery process to be as.
    - Food Product or other product damage from transportation or any movement product 
      tranfer by customer or buyer self after hand over product.
    - Food Product or other product it loss after all inspection process or check list by customer or buyer to be done witoout this 
      contract
    - Buyer or customer revise food Product or other productorder list more than 3 time.

ข้อ9 สิ่งที่นอกเหนือการรับประกันความเสียหายและความรับผิดชอบ เมื่อมีความเสียหายที่เกิดจากเหตุดังต่อไปนี้ ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการขนย้ายหรือส่งถ่ายสินค้าของ ผู้ซื้อหรือ ลูกค้าเอง หลังจากรับมอบผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร หรือสินค้าอื่นๆ ที่พ้นกำหนดการส่งมอบหรือระยะเวลาการประกันตามสัญญาและข้อตกลงที่ 10 การแก้ไขรายรายการผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร หรือ สินค้าอื่นๆ หลังจากดำเนินการส่งมอบแล้วหรือผ่านการยินยอมผลิตภัณฑ์นั้นๆแล้ว เกิดการสูญหายหลังจากการรับมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือสินค้าอื่นๆ โดยผู้ซื้อ หรือลูกค้าไปแล้ว สั่งแก้ไขตัวเลขหรือรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมใดๆในรายการผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร หรือ สินค้าอื่นๆ เกิน 3 รอบครั้ง

10. Esan-thailand-food will be allow all issue correctly guarantee and all other document not more than within 1 day to buyer or customer.

ข้อ10 ทีมงาน Esan-thailand-food  ยินยอมมอบความคุ้มครองประกันความถูกต้องและตัวเอกสารหลังจากส่งมอบแก่ ผู้ซื้อ หรือ ลูกค้า เป็นจำนวน 1 วันทำการ

11. All description witout in this contract agreement to be reference to the act of legislation protects a consumer 2522

ข้อ11 รายละเอียดสัญญาและข้อตกลงที่ไม่ได้กล่าวถึงให้ถือเป็นไปตาม พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค   พ.ศ. 2522

12. All contract agreement in this descriped to be perform to become effective by together join in between esan-thailand-food team and buyer or customer.

ข้อ12 ข้อสัญญาและข้อตกลงทั้งหมดที่กล่าวให้ถือปฏิบัติมีผลบังคับใช้กับทั้งสองฝ่ายระหว่าง ทีมงาน esan-thailand-food  กับ ผู้ซื้อ หรือ ลูกค้า
